Presentation Guidelines

KALC 2025 International Conference offers authors the opportunity to present their abstracts to a wider audience through oral and/or poster presentations.
To ensure that instructions are shared effectively with all the presenting authors of the accepted abstracts, we encourage all presenters to review the following guidelines.

Oral Presentation [Free Paper, NOT Invited Speaker]

  • Important Notes
    • All oral presenters are required to attend the conference and present from the podium. Each presentation will be followed by a real-time question and answer session.
  • How to Prepare the Oral Presentation
    • Each presenter will be allocated 10 minutes in total (7 minutes for the presentation, followed by 3 minutes for Q&A).
    • Please ensure that you strictly adhere to the allotted time.
    • All presentations must be conducted in English.
    • It is NOT allowed to use a personal laptop for presentation.

    Font Use basic fonts such as Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman, etc.

  • Equipment
    • A monitor, mouse and Keyboard will be provided on the podium for speakers.
      * No smart pointer on the podium
    • For the convenience of speakers, we will provide a slide note function so that you can see the script in the PPT which you prepared.
    • The use of personal laptops and Macs in the session room is not recommended.
      *If you wish to present using your own laptop (IBM or Mac), please visit the Preview Room at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled session.
      * If you use your own Macintosh with our beam projector, we ask to bring your Mac RGB Connector as we don’t provide any devices for Macintosh.
